About this Position:
This role is directly accountable for maximizing the success of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) clients, across the Cantactix (now a Crisp company) portfolio of products and services. This role ensures that our existing clients are taking advantage of all of our solutions to improve their business. This role is based in North-west Arkansas to support the Walmart supplier community.
This role will partner directly with our clients, ensuring they have plans in place to continue receiving value from their investments. They will identify new opportunities within their accounts by broadening the client account teams Cantactix can assist by introducing new solutions. This role will collaborate with the broader Cantactix team to develop solution-based proposals and will lead the creation and presentation of those solutions. They are responsible for negotiating contracts with clients to meet, or exceed, the sales targets set by the VP, Sales and Marketing, and the GM & SVP - Cantactix.
This role will embrace our Cantactix Core Values as their guiding principles, solving client problems and helping the Cantactix team continually improve our customer-centric solutions. As an expert in building deep relationships with major accounts, this role will continually develop their skills, as well as advise Cantactix leadership and their peers on best practices in this area. This role will identify new challenges clients are experiencing and help execute new solutions that offer value realization for their accounts and the broader supplier community.

Skills and Experience:
- Five+ years managing major consulting or software clients, ideally in supply chain applications
- Experience selling into Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industries
- Expertise in working within the Walmart advisor eco-system
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Experience with the Blue Yonder Category Management application suite of software
- An understanding of the B2B budgeting process in retail and CPG verticals
- Working with marketing and sales peers to build go-to-market strategies
- Experience crafting customer value propositions and outreach campaigns
- A passion for customers and a commitment to get them the right outcomes
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers
- Experience with CRM and related sales tools
- Familiarity with B2B commercial contracts for software and services
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel (estimate of once per month)
