Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with organizing and facilitating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and HR reports.
  • Participate in HR projects related to policy updates, training programs, and compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
