Crossroads serves adult women in two residential treatment programs, a women’s sober living facility, and men and women in one outpatient facility, all located in southern Maine. 

All of Crossroads’ clinical programs are evidence based and incorporate a trauma informed focus to support each client in their recovery journey. 

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mother and Children's Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing childcare services and direct support services to women within our substance use recovery residential program. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters healing and growth for both mothers and children.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Providing childcare to children when children are present in the program

- Ensuring clients are safe and following program scheduling

- Supporting healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment

- Ensuring Crossroads policies and protocols are followed

This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager and supports clients and performs routine technical tasks as needed, in accordance with established agency policies and procedures.
