What you'll do
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems related to Microsoft Intune.
- Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams or personnel.
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.
- Device Management: Manage and monitor devices connected to the organization’s network using Microsoft Intune. Experience with autopilot provisioning is a prerequisite for this role. Experience with Cloud and Hybrid enrollment and integration with Azure AD connect
- Application Management: Extensive experience with application packaging and deployment via Intune. Experienced with deployment of app protection and configuration policies
- Policy Configuration: Create and manage policies for devices and applications to ensure they meet the organization’s security standards.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to users facing issues with devices or applications managed by Intune.
- Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other systems and applications.
- Reporting: Conduct regular audits and generate reports on device usage, performance, and security.
- Updates: Stay updated with the latest Intune updates, features, and best practices.
- Security Updates: Ensure that all systems have the latest security updates and patches.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
- Strong knowledge of MDM, MAM (Microsoft Intune).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
