About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Identity Expert to lead our efforts in a large scale Entra ID and Active Directory services global rollout. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft identity, endpoint and security solutions to ensure our access governance solution meets the highest standards of authentication and attestation.
Responsibilities
The Microsoft Consultant role involves delivering Microsoft solutions with a focus on Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory on-premise setups. This is a client-facing consulting role where you will be leading customers through Design and Build discussions:
- Build and configure Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory on-premise from scratch.
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting replication and identity issues between forests
- Deploy and manage Entra DS, Cloud Adoption Framework, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure infrastructure.
- Experience with multi-tenant or multi-domain environments is a plus.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop design, build, and configuration documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Microsoft technology stack.
- Provide post-cutover support to clients after every major change control.
- Provide training to clients or internal teams on deployed solutions, as needed.
- Maintain all Microsoft certifications attained and build a roadmap to add more industry certifications as you grow with experience.
- Maintain the CrucialLogics lab and be part of the setup, teardown, and maintenance of cloud resources as projects come and go.
- Work on initiatives both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent customer relations capabilities, coupled with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
Position Requirements
- University degree, college diploma, or demonstrable experience in the field of Information Technology.
- Minimum 2-4 years of direct work experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory on-premises builds.
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure infrastructure is preferred.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Customer service skills are an asset.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications like Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), MD-101 series, MSCE, would be an advantage.
Work Conditions
