About the position:

This new role will be working within the Operations team supporting the Merchandise planner in stocking each showroom with the right product assortment, aligned with demand and client preferences. This role is perfect for someone with a background in administrative work and experience with diamond ordering.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all new and existing showrooms
  • Order new rings as required to support maintaining stock levels
  • Coordinate and oversee showroom stocktakes to ensure stock integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct final quality checks of stock rings prior to showroom allocation.
  • Manage workflows to ensure accurate recording of onsite inventory
  • Act as the first point of contact for showroom teams regarding technical product queries and stock concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to showroom queries with clarity, speed, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Coordinate the setup and stock processes for new showroom launches
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Planner to ensure consistency and accuracy across planning and operational functions.
  • Provide ongoing support to merchandise-related initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

What are we seeking?

  • Experience in diamond ordering is essential, ideally through NIVODA
  • Experience in merchandise, inventory or adjacent role is ideal
  • Strong proven administration skills with the ability to use various systems to stay organised
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities. 
  • Project management skills to support the coordination of stocktake processes, showroom launches, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced and growing retail environment.
  • Excellent communications skills to support productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
