About the position:
As we continue to scale globally, we’re investing in elevating our digital experience and are excited to be hiring a UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with Cullen across our website and digital platforms. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who is deeply passionate about interface design, user experience, and systems thinking.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Own UX/UI design projects from discovery through to delivery, including user flows, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across web based platforms, including landing pages, customer journeys, and key conversion touch-points
- Act as the UX/UI expert across the website, confidently guiding decisions and challenging assumptions where needed
- Collaborate closely with developers and tech teams, translating business and customer requirements into clear, build-ready designs
- Contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to support design decisions and measure UX success against intent
What are we seeking?
- Minimum 3 years in a UX/UI or product-focused design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and interface design
- Proven experience working closely with developers and technical teams in a collaborative environment
- Experience using UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, miro is a plus
- Strong capability in UI design, this role is hands-on and interface-heavy
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, decision-tree logic, prioritisation frameworks, and risk identification
- Confidence articulating design rationale and storytelling, especially when navigating competing opinions
- Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, and digital platforms including landing pages and interactive elements.
