About the position:

We are excited to be hiring for a new role within our Brand & Marketing team, a Graphic Designer- UX/UI. In this role you would be delivering thoughtful, elevated creative across digital and print platforms, with a strong focus on UI/UX design. You'll play a key part in shaping and evolving the Cullen Jewellery visual identity, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of graphic design tasks from concept through to execution, delivering high-quality creative across digital, print, and physical environments.
  • Design and refine intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences including landing pages, website modules, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Create impactful marketing materials such as EDM graphics, digital banners, social media content, packaging updates, and in-store signage.
  • Develop and maintain brand assets including logos, icons, templates, and other visual identity components.
  • Ensure all designs align with Cullen Jewellery’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.

What are we seeking?

  • Several years of proven experience in a graphic design role, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX, branding, digital, and print work.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, and digital platforms including landing pages and interactive elements.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (motion or interactive media in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus).
  • Experience using UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
  • Excellent knowledge of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory, and brand consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
