About the position:

As our Finance team grows, we're seeking a detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage core financial operations and take ownership of our payroll processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a values-led, fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage payroll processing for our national and international teams
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Maintaining the general ledger and financial records
• Assisting the accountant with expense tracking and department budgets
• Collaborating with accountants for month-end and year-end close
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

What are we seeking?

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or finance roles
• Experience and strong knowledge in processing payroll within Australia and internationally
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Integrity, discretion, and a growth mindset
