About the position:
This exciting new role will be joining the People and Culture team, responsible for elevating the day-to-day experience of every employees. They'll be working by design, deliver and continuously evolve initiatives that support wellbeing, foster connection, and reflect our values across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design and manage Cullen’s internal wellbeing and events calendar, ensuring programs are engaging, brand-aligned, and inclusive.
- Build and deliver initiatives that span across multiple locations, nationally and globally, using creativity and strategic thinking to ensure relevance and impact.
- Lead the end-to-end process of initiative delivery, from the generation of ideas to piloting, gathering feedback, and scaling effectively.
- Champion and promote our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), ensuring its viable, trusted and utilised.
- Drive the rollout of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, particularly through the FAIR model.
- Own the strategy and communications around volunteer leave, inspiring meaningful use of this benefit through storytelling and access support.
What are we seeking?
- Demonstrated experience delivering initiatives from idea to rollout, ideally across multiple sites or audiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others, from event storytelling to wellbeing campaigns.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a passion for improving workplace culture and experience.
- Experience managing events, wellbeing programs, or internal initiatives that promote connection and engagement.
- Ability to prioritise, manage timelines, and execute initiatives with attention to detail.
