About the position:

This exciting new role will be working with the Finance team, closely with the Finance Manager to taking ownership of key operational and reporting tasks. This role is ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processing and systems, with considerable opportunity to learn and grow in your professional understanding of business operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for general finance-related queries from staff, fielding and addressing routine questions
  • Complete month-end reconciliations, ensuring processes are executed accurately and consistently each month
  • Assist in maintaining and updating departmental budgets in line with actual and forecasted expenses.
  • Take ownership of weekly reporting on showroom-specific performance metrics.
  • Regularly monitor and review expenses submitted via Weel (expense management system) and follow up team members with outstanding purchases

What are we seeking?

  • Recently completed or are close to completing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to process improvements while developing your skills and advancing your career
  • Solid foundational Excel skills, with a readiness to learn how to manage, interpret, and work with financial data
  • A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently, follow up with others, and take ownership of key responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude, in line with our values of “Shine Together” and Do the Right Thing”.
