About the position:

As a Production Coordinator with us you would support the seamless operation of the production team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating supplier communications, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of products. This is an exciting role for someone either at the beginning of their career or with a few years experience in the production space.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the packaging and shipping of completed orders, ensuring each product is prepared and dispatched with care and precision.
• Oversee the receipt, documentation, and organisation of incoming materials and components. 
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to uphold Cullen Jewellery’s high standards of craftsmanship and excellence.
• Initiate CAD requests for production orders
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Production Team Lead, including supplier coordination, inventory management and production documentation .

What are we seeking?

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Proficiency with basic administrative and computer systems.
• Ability to perform both administrative and hands-on tasks as required.
