About the position:

As an Australian based business we are very excited to be launching our first UK based showroom in London in May. The role of Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and facilitating responsible for preparing and facilitating exceptional client experiences by coordinating team members, supporting daily showroom operations, and managing key touchpoints across client service and internal workflows.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily appointment schedules, ensuring the team is punctual, organised and prepared.
  • Prepare consultation spaces and materials, including ring requests, order pickups and safe desk setups.
  • Manage client drop-offs and pick-ups, such as resizing and polishing appointments, ensuring smooth and thoughtful service
  • Deliver in-person reception duties by warmly welcoming and hosting all clients in the showroom.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications, including phone calls, emails, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure deliveries, equipment and other non-client-facing items are managed discreetly and professionally.
  • Maintain a consistently clean, organised and visually appealing showroom environment.

What are we seeking?

  • Experience in a receptionist, coordinator or administrative role, ideally in a retail or showroom environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to create outstanding experiences.
  • Professional and polished presentation, with a strong alignment to our values and brand standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management, with strong attention to detail.
