What are we seeking?

As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations. This is a part-time, permanent position at our beautiful showroom in the Auckland working a roster of:

  • Monday 9-5pm
  • Saturday 8-4pm

Key Responsibilities include:

Sales consultations

  • Through in-person and online consultations, you'll be assisting clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes
  • Coordinate aftercare services consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims, with a fast turnaround and high client satisfaction.
  • Promoting Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiative
  • Performing reception duties as required, including greeting clients, managing phone calls and handling deliveries and equipment discreetly.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall presentation and upkeep of the showroom, including cleaning displays and products as required.
  • Engaging in the development of the wider team by sharing ideas, providing feedback to managers and actively contributing to and participating in sales meetings.

What are we seeking?

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry;
  • High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experience;
  • Passion for premium jewellery and a deep understanding of ethical and sustainable practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric and team-player approach;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Available to work a part time roster on Mondays and Saturdays.
  • The right to work in New Zealand
