About the position
The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional client experiences by coordinating team members, preparing the showroom environment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the space. This role plays a key part in managing client touch points, facilitating appointments, and supporting internal workflows across sales and client service functions. Working closely with the team, the Showroom Coordinator helps create a welcoming, organised, and professional environment while assisting with scheduling, administration, and communication to ensure every client interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and aligned with the brand’s values.
The required availability is the following -
Tuesday 8-4pm
Wednesday 8-4pm
Thursday 8-4pm
Friday 8-4pm
Saturday 7.30-3.30pm
