About the position:
This is a exciting new position within the People & Culture team supporting the the capability, confidence and performance of Cullen’s retail teams by coordinating and enabling consistent, high-quality training and onboarding across all showroom locations. You would be partnering closely with retail, ensuring learning remains practical, engaging, current, and scalable as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Retail training programs end-to-end, ensuring learning priorities are understood, content is prepared, and training is delivered consistently across locations.
- Partner with Retail leaders and subject matter experts to translate operational and product knowledge into clear, engaging learning resources that reflect showroom on-the-ground experience.
- Maintain and continuously improve Retail onboarding and induction experiences so new starters and new showrooms are equipped to perform confidently and deliver a consistent client experience.
- Support Retail teams through a blend of in-person and virtual training, including capability uplift for new locations and targeted development for existing teams as required.
- Build, manage and evolve Retail learning resources and on-demand content so knowledge is accessible, current, and supports long-term capability growth.
- Administer and support Retail learning within the LMS and related systems, maintaining accurate learning records, reporting on participation/completion, and contributing to the ongoing development and adoption of learning platforms.
What are we seeking?
- Experience coordinating training or learning programs in a fast-paced, client-facing or multi-site environment (Retail strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop practical learning content from SME input, tailored to frontline roles.
- Experience working with LMS platforms or learning libraries, including basic administration, uploads, allocations, and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions virtually and in-person, and adapting to different learner needs.
