About the position:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to maintain the quality and consistency of work in our jewellery workshop. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring every piece reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. This role is perfect for someone already working in the jewellery industry with intricate technical knowledge around jewellery, preferably also with experience in the quality control space.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support and contribute to the jewellery inspection process to ensure all pieces meet Cullen Jewellery's quality and design standards.
  • Inspect all pieces to ensure consistency with master designs and quality standards.
  • Maintain an efficient tracking system for each piece from initial creation to final delivery
  • Upload photos and create workflows on internal platforms and systems to address and rectify quality issues.
  • Maintain and improve the knowledge library for jewellers to provide easy access to quality standards and guidelines.

What are we seeking?

  • Experience within the jewellery industry ideally within quality control, production, manufacturing roles
  • Exceptional eye for detail to identify and rectify quality issues, and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Proven ability to implement continuous improvement processes and manage quality workflows.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing work demands.
  • Effective organisation and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
