About the position:
We're excited to be bringing on a Head of Retail to support our global showrooms and Client Solutions teams! This role will be providing clear leadership and direction to ensure all our showrooms provide exceptional client experiences. This role is perfect for someone from a retail leadership background excited about global expansion.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the global retail strategy to meet sales and service goals, ensuring every client interaction reflects Cullen’s values and high standards.
- Lead and unify global showroom and Client Solutions teams, fostering consistent client experience delivery, and high performance across regions.
- Act as an ambassador for company culture, embedding Cullen values across all retail locations. Foster a collaborative, positive environment grounded in unreasonable care, ensuring teams feel connected to our purpose.
- Partner with the technology team to support the continuous improvement of retail tech, including system updates, and resolution of system outages.
- Guide the Client Solutions team to create seamless aftersales experiences, reinforcing loyalty and enhancing the full client journey.
- Support recruitment, succession planning and leadership development within the retail and Client Solutions teams.
What are we seeking?
- Demonstrated experience in a similar or relevant retail leadership, sales, or operations role, ideally within the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
- Strong understanding of international retail operations, sales and commercial strategies, and a proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams and driving sales growth across varied markets.
- Strong tech and financial literacy to assist in supporting data driven decision making
- Experience leading large-scale change or expansion across markets is desirable.
