About the role


We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a background in technology sales to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your tech knowledge and sales experience to identify new opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and drive growth. Your ability to communicate complex solutions in a way that resonates with clients will be key to your success.


What you'll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in technology-driven sectors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred).


Compensation


This role offers a combination of base and commission, with uncapped earnings directly tied to performance. Success in meeting sales targets will result in additional commission, providing strong financial incentives for achieving business growth.


Location Preferences


While our preference is to have this role based in the Greater Nashville Area, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, Arkansas, Missouri, Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama.
