Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Part-Time Smartsheet Solution Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients optimize their use of Smartsheet. You will work with clients to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and ensure they derive maximum value from Smartsheet—all while working within Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to assess their needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for Smartsheet enhancements.
- Solution Design: Create tailored Smartsheet solutions, including workflows, dashboards, and reports, to address specific client requirements.
- Implementation: Oversee the setup, configuration, and integration of Smartsheet solutions, ensuring smooth and effective deployment.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, helping them navigate Smartsheet and utilize its features to their fullest potential.
- Consulting: Offer expert advice on Smartsheet best practices and strategic use to achieve client objectives.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including user guides, process documentation, and project plans.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest Smartsheet updates and industry trends to offer innovative solutions and insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Smartsheet consultant or similar role, with a history of successful Smartsheet implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Smartsheet’s advanced features, including reporting, automation, and integrations.
- Consulting Skills: Proven ability to understand client needs, design effective solutions, and deliver results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone and available to work part-time, aligning with ET business hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
