What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the front door to Sitebase, our end-to-end platform built specifically for research sites. Because Sitebase is free for sites, you're not overcoming budget objections. You're finding sites that are drowning in operational complexity, showing them what's possible, and guiding them from "that looks interesting" all the way through to "how did we ever work without this."

  • Prospect and build relationships with site networks, independent sites, and coordinators
  • Run demos that actually resonate because you can speak their language
  • Own the full process from first conversation to site support
  • Partner with our product team to bring site feedback back into what we build
  • Attend industry conferences and events to grow Curebase's presence in the site community
  • Help new sites onboard and get value from the platform quickly

Who You Are

  • You've spent years as a CRC, site manager, or in a clinical operations role at a research site
  • You're a power user of eClinical platforms. You've lived in systems like Medidata, Veeva, Oracle, Florence, RealTime, CRIO, or similar tools and you know their strengths, limitations, and workarounds better than most people on the vendor side
  • You've been the person at your site who trained others on new software, figured out the quirks before anyone else, and had opinions about why one system was better than another
  • You're naturally the person your colleagues came to when they needed help figuring something out
  • You get energy from talking to people, not from sitting quietly in a spreadsheet all day
  • You've thought "someone should fix this" about site technology at least a hundred times
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and building something from scratch
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required. We care way more about your clinical research background, your fluency in eClinical software, and your ability to connect with site staff authentically
  • Willingness to travel for industry conferences and site visits

You need to be the person who can say "yeah, I used that system too, here's where it falls short" and actually mean it.
