We are looking for a Social Strategist that knows how to create engaging social content, build a strategy, and sell our clients on a super-smart plan. You obsess over all the latest trends, move at the speed of social, and can seamlessly turn brand strategy into social content. Always looking for
ways to raise the bar and win more opportunities.
This person has:
  • Proven experience creating content on different social media platforms including  Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategy
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work across departments to unite project management, client partnership, and the rest of the social creative team
  • Ability to lead content calendars and overall social strategies
  • Willingness to collaborate closely and work fluidly with a team of super smart platform specialists, experts and content creators from different backgrounds
  • Content creation chops and willingness to help out on videos when needed
  • Experience working with influencers and creators
  • Background working in paid and organic social, and knows how to connect the two
  • Comfort and experience pitching internally and with clients
  • At least 5+ years of (professional) experience building social content platforms 
  • Ability to translate data into well-articulated ideas and strategies
  • Passion for big ideas, but knowing that every little piece of content counts
  • Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit—can be quick and scrappy, and cares about the analytics and success of our content
  • Obsession with what’s going on culturally, and what is happening in our industry
  • Lack of preciousness when it comes to your work
  • Sense of humor and comfort bringing your whole self to the team
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple client workloads simultaneously 
This position reports to the Creative Director of Social.
