Summary:

Are you fascinated by people? Do you like to keep up with the latest cultural buzz? Is “why” at the foundation of your vocabulary? If so, you are in the right place. The Strategy Intern will assist with a variety of strategic client projects across multiple accounts and channels. The Strategy Intern must be available to work between 30-40 hours per week.

The Strategy Intern, under the supervision of an assigned mentor, is principally responsible for assisting with the following:
  • Analyzing research to identify culture, category, competitive, consumer, and company insights
  • Secondary research to seek out additional information around trends and habits
  • Competitive monitoring and audits to map the landscape and opportunities
  • Out-of-category audits to assess adjacent category insights
  • Understanding client businesses and target consumers through social listening and online/ in-field research
  • Identifying key trends to build recommendations for weekly/ monthly client updates
  • Cross-department collaboration, especially with activation/ social
  • Contributing to creative briefs to initiate new projects
  • Assisting with creation of client presentations
  • Creating and completing a “curious assignment” of the Strategy Intern’s choice, to be presented to the Strategy team prior to the end of the internship
The Strategy Intern will help with and learn:
  • Question asking and creative thinking skills 
  • How strategic projects run in the agency from start to finish
  • Exposure to a wide variety of strategic assignments and problem-solving
  • Clear and effective oral and written communications
  • Deeper understanding of an area of personal interest
Education Requirements:
The Strategy Intern should currently be a Junior or Senior in College.

Internship Benefits:
The Strategy Internship is a paid internship, and the student will be reimbursed for parking and/or be provided with a travel stipend, as determined by Curiosity Management.
The Strategy Intern will be provided with a written recommendation from their assigned Curiosity mentor at the end of their internship.
