To be a successful Senior Copywriter at Curiosity, you must possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing.  You must also possess superior interpersonal skills and be able to create a rapport with people of all demographics. You must be polished, maintaining a professional, put-together demeanor. You have to be incredibly confident, ambitious and self-motivated. You should thrive when working independently.
You should be a keen listener. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage pressure situations. You need strong attention to detail and project documentation.
You must possess the ability to bring fresh thinking and curiosity to clients’ work to make them think about their brand in an entirely different way, and must have a passion for pushing the boundaries of knowledge gathering and testing new mediums to reach our targets.

You will need the ability to execute communications for development initiatives inclusive of digital advertising and traditional advertising. The position will require implementation and time management expertise for all project components.
In addition, you will be responsible for building knowledge on existing and emerging communications tools and tactics, industry practices and trends, as well as becoming immersed in the clients’ business and category.
Job Description:
As part of the creative team, you will be expected to craft and execute ideas across various campaigns and media. You must be able to develop creative copy for both traditional and digital advertising. You must be strategic and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating insightful, intelligent work.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop creative concepts and copy with an ability to understand and adapt to the specific needs of the client
  • Improve the overall creative quality of the work produced with input and experience
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and co-workers
Organization/Time Management:
  • Organize your workload, processes and schedule to be able to work quickly and efficiently on a high volume of projects to meet tight deadlines, including quick turnaround on requested revisions
Skill Set Expectations:
  • You must be able to execute creative for both traditional and digital advertising
  • A four-year degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A portfolio filled with great ideas and award-winning concepts
  • 4+ years of advertising copywriting experience
  • Ability to manage and contribute to numerous projects simultaneously
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to fail or at least die trying
  • High level of curiosity and attributes of the ideal candidate
