The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is a pivotal role responsible for managing key client relationships and leading the execution of client work. We’re seeking a self-motivated strategic thinker with agency experience who can grow with us, ultimately becoming a driver of both agency and client business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client communications, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal agency teams, keeping projects aligned with client objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, products, and industry landscapes; represent their needs within the agency to ensure all work aligns with business goals.
- Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, scopes of work, and internal briefs.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Leverage your understanding of client business goals and agency capabilities to identify strategic opportunities for account growth.
- Oversee budget management, key deliverables, and timeline tracking.
- Adopt a proactive, solutions-focused approach to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities across 2-3 client accounts.
- Deep curiosity and drive to understand client needs and be a strategic partner to key clients.
- Skilled in client relationship management with ability to build rapport with varied stakeholders at varied levels of seniority.
- Confidence and ability to lead presentations and guide cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing processes: familiarity with media planning, buying, and reporting, strategic and creative development, budget oversight, and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years in agency account management or a related field.
- Proven experience in client presentations, writing, and editing.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
