We are looking for a Supervisor, Client Partnership with media experience that will be responsible for maintaining key client relationships, the development and execution of client initiatives, oversight of general account and client service activities, and the ability to bring new thinking to strategic planning. 

Responsibilities 
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s business and keep the team informed on goals/objectives, deadlines and budgets
  • Manage a range of client initiatives: brand strategy, integrated campaign development inclusive of digital, social and traditional advertising and activation/media planning.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality client materials and presentations that help achieve clients’ marketing objectives, while managing profitability for the agency.
  • Build strong relationships with senior brand and marketing managers
  • Lead key client meetings including presentations, client briefings, strategy sessions and cross agency partner meetings
  • Demonstrate ability to strategically connect strategy, creative, activation and analytics on behalf of your clients
  • Understand the financial picture including drafting and reviewing SOWs, budget tracking, invoicing, revenue projections and financial reporting relating to client accounts

Requirements
  • Media Knowledge: 2-5 years of media experience either leading planning or hands on keyboard, with knowledge across traditional, digital, organic social and retail media
  • Agency Experience:  minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including brand strategy, integrated campaign development inclusive of digital, social and traditional advertising, and activation/media planning
  • Proven Project Management skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage pressure situations 

This position reports to a Director, Client Partnership.
