Position Overview: The Senior Account Manager ensures the seamless execution of client deliverables by focusing on tactical excellence and operational efficiency. This role serves as a reliable and proactive client partner, bridging strategy with execution while fostering collaboration within internal teams. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the overall success of the account team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Campaign Management
- Plan and manage the execution of client projects and campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Maintain clear documentation of project plans, milestones, and updates to ensure transparency across teams and with clients.
Client Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Collect, document, and prioritize client feedback, ensuring it is communicated effectively to internal teams and addressed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deliver added value.
Tactical Execution
- Translate high-level client goals and strategies into actionable tasks and clear deliverables for internal teams.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Supervisors to align tactical execution with overarching client goals.
- Own the operational needs of all client work end-to-end, including opening jobs, managing project management software and resourcing, and adhering to all relevant agency SOPs.
- Prepare detailed project briefs, reports, and recommendations to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Team Collaboration
- Act as a connector and problem-solver across internal teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on priorities.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Account Managers, helping them navigate challenges and develop their skills.
- Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Local candidate preferred.
