About Current Clinic Management, LLC

Millions of people live with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib), a chronic condition that is often debilitating and under-treated. Access to timely, specialized care from electrophysiologists (EPs) remains a persistent challenge in many communities. Current Clinic is pioneering a new model, establishing a network of specialized, EP-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to expand capacity and bring life-changing treatment closer to home.

As a Clinical Manager at Current Clinic, you play a pivotal role in the day-to-day delivery of outstanding cardiac care. You bring steady leadership to a fast-paced environment, ensuring that patients with atrial fibrillation are seen promptly and that clinical operations run at the highest level. Your ability to work alongside your team while keeping an eye on the broader picture makes you an indispensable part of a growing EP-focused practice.

You are driven by a commitment to clinical quality, championing adherence to evidence-based guidelines and building the systems that keep chart review and compliance processes running smoothly. Deep engagement with providers, device vendors, and the broader care team comes naturally to you, and you understand that every operational decision ultimately shapes the patient experience at the center of our mission.

You bring leadership capability and digital proficiency that empower you to grow a high-performing clinical team. Your curiosity, coachability, and genuine desire to make a difference in patients’ lives are what matter most, and we provide the specialized training to set you up for success. This role is an excellent fit for an RN or LPN who is ready to step into clinical operations and take on greater leadership responsibility.

What you will be doing

  • Lead clinical staff as a true player/coach, working alongside your team to model best practices while providing consistent direction, support, and accountability.
  • Champion clinical guidelines adherence, ensuring that all staff follow evidence-based standards and protocols in every patient interaction.
  • Oversee patient scheduling and daily clinic flow, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure every patient is seen in a timely manner.
  • Liaise closely with providers to align clinical operations with physician expectations, surface issues early, and optimize care delivery workflows.
  • Manage device vendor relationships for device interrogations, coordinating scheduling, communication, and follow-up to support seamless patient care.
  • Deploy and own the Afib training program for clinical staff, continuously refining educational resources and onboarding processes as the practice grows.
  • Manage chart review processes to ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality across all patient records.
  • Supervise and develop clinical staff, with a goal of building a team of approximately five direct reports over time and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and patient-centered care.

What we’re looking for

  • Active certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant (MA), Respiratory Therapist (RT), Cardiovascular Technician, Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Prior Afib or electrophysiology experience is not required; comprehensive, role-specific training is provided to set every team member up for success.
  • Digital proficiency and comfort learning and using healthcare technology platforms and operational tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate, develop, and hold accountable a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • RN background preferred but not required; we value clinical foundation and leadership potential above any specific credential type.
