About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team. The Director will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT technology consulting sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving positive change through technology. 

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  •  Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in IT technology consulting sales, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role.

  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience working with SMB clients is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite..

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering high-quality work.

  • Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. 



The pay range for this role is:

96,240 - 125,938 USD per year (Allen)
