About the role
What you'll do
Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers interested in cloud solutions.
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for IT products and solutions within assigned territory or accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate IT solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to showcase the features and benefits of our IT products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, technical support, and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, sales pipeline management, and customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
