What You Will Do:
  • RevOps Administration: Manage and configure the RevOps platforms, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, and updates using data loader and other tools. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by managing duplicate records and executing data cleansing activities. 
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to business users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency. 
  • System Maintenance: Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, including security reviews, release management, and system upgrades. 
  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions using workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline business processes. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather requirements and translate them into solutions. 
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. 
  • Reporting: Update existing runbooks and dashboards to monthly and quarterly goals, provide business insights based on data changes highlighted by reporting, build custom reports as needed to support business users.
  • Decision support: Lead a regular business review with the executive team and use data to inform and drive business decisions across the go to market process.
  • Lead: provide the daily leadership for a RevOps Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the company’s RevOps platforms.
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in Hubspot or Salesforce ecosystems. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Hubspot Marketing Hub configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data management tools. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Preference will be given to Candidates located in the eastern half of the United States.
  • Ability to travel to the Atlanta office periodically as needed. (~6 times a year)
  • Authorized to work in the US.
