About the job

At Dadosfera, we believe that customer success is our success. We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Analyst who is passionate about delivering value, building long-lasting relationships, and ensuring our clients achieve their business goals through our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding and monitor the customer journey.
  • Understand client needs and ensure they are extracting maximum value from Dadosfera solutions.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on how to use the solutions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Sales teams.
  • Support customer retention and account expansion efforts.
  • Organize and update information in CRM systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related areas.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an efficient and proactive approach.
  • Organização e boa gestão do tempo.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Success.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with CS metrics such as churn, NPS, and LTV.
  • Certifications in Customer Success or related areas.
