About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Data & Business Analyst (SaaS & Finance) to own and evolve our financial and operational analytics. This is a data-first role that blends the technical skills of a data analyst/engineer with the business insight of someone who understands SaaS metrics and financial performance.

You will be responsible for building automated reporting pipelines, analyzing and visualizing SaaS KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure our business data is accurate, consistent, and instantly accessible.

This role is critical to keeping our business running smoothly — especially in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where speed, accuracy, and automation matter.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for SaaS KPIs (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, margins, etc.).
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, billing systems, spreadsheets) into reliable datasets.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes using SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Deliver actionable insights and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor data quality and proactively resolve inconsistencies.
  • Support Finance in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking — without being limited to traditional FP&A scope.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and track metrics that matter most to the business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a data analysis, analytics engineering, or BI role with exposure to financial and SaaS metrics.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming datasets.
  • Experience with at least one scripting/programming language (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.) for automation and data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate or higher English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS finance or FP&A teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (Omie, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Experience integrating APIs from CRMs, ERPs, and billing platforms.
  • Background in statistics, economics, or data science.
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth companies.
