About the Job

As a Data Analyst – BI & Data Modeling, you will play a key role in structuring data models, building impactful dashboards, and supporting decision-making across multiple areas of the company. You will be responsible for organizing and transforming data into clear, actionable insights, while ensuring quality, consistency, and governance throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

• Translate business rules implemented in ABAP (SAP) into SQL.
• Design and maintain “golden” tables, ensuring consistency and reliability of data.
• Develop and maintain data models to support business analysis and strategic reporting.
• Build, optimize, and document ETL/ELT processes.
• Create dashboards and reports in BI tools for different business areas.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs and business metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in BI tools (preferably Tableau).
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to translate business rules into complex queries.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and initiative to structure and lead BI and data modeling initiatives.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP/ABAP to interpret and translate business rules.
• Experience with cloud databases (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience defining and monitoring strategic business metrics.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic to intermediate Spanish proficiency.
