About the Job


As a Junior Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer success and delivering an excellent client experience throughout their journey with Dadosfera.

You will be responsible for continuously expanding clients’ knowledge of the platform, ensuring they fully utilize all its features, while maintaining close collaboration with the Customer Success leadership team.

In addition, you will support and help maintain the physical IT infrastructure at Dadosfera headquarters, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Open and manage support tickets, documenting the actions taken to resolve identified incidents;
  • Assist clients via chat, phone, email, or ticketing tools, identifying their needs and applying best practices to resolve requests;
  • Support the creation of technical documentation and user manuals;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of Dadosfera’s on-site IT infrastructure, including workstations, network equipment, peripherals, and meeting room configurations;
  • Provide on-site IT support at Dadosfera headquarters, resolving day-to-day infrastructure and equipment-related issues;
  • Manage IT inventory, including hardware assets, software licenses, and accessories;
  • Support the acquisition process of IT materials and equipment, such as laptops, monitors, peripherals, network devices, and office technology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL programming;
  • Basic English proficiency;
  • Knowledge of Linux and Shell Script.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in technology startups;
  • Experience or strong interest in Data & Analytics;
  • Experience handling technical support tickets for SaaS platforms;
  • Advanced English proficiency.
