About the Job

We are looking for a motivated professional with a passion for technology and digital marketing to join our team. This role involves content creation, campaign management, and support for marketing initiatives across one of our key projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to execute digital strategies including social media, newsletters, campaigns, and website improvements.


Responsibilities

  • Create and structure ebooks, digital materials, newsletters, and content campaigns.
  • Plan, configure, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Build content calendars for social media, including visual post creation and performance tracking.
  • Implement improvements on the WordPress website focused on SEO, UX, and user conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, continuously proposing adjustments to communication and marketing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Digital Design, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital campaign management.
  • Knowledge of content creation for social media and digital materials.
  • Experience with WordPress, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on results and audience engagement.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and interest in digital innovation.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with conversion metrics and digital marketing funnels.
