The Legal Advertising Coordinator plays a crucial role in the publication of legal notices for civil, probate, and business matters. This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant preparation, processing, and follow-up of legal advertising materials, including interaction with clients, courts, newspapers, and government agencies. The role also supports multiple departments as a flexible “floater,” providing coverage and assistance where needed.
