We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Pagination Coordinator to join our team. The Pagination Coordinator will be responsible for paginating multiple Daily Journal (DJC) and back-office newspapers using the InDesign program, ensuring the accurate organization, and formatting of legal notices for publication. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Paginate more than 16 DJC and back-office newspapers using the InDesign program.
· Organize and format legal notices into multiple pages according to specifications.
· Email the finalized PDF files to newspapers for publication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
· Assist with transferring San Bernardino Fictitious data files as needed.
· Aid in scanning tasks during afternoon shifts.
· Provide coverage for absent employees during their vacation periods, ensuring continuity of pagination tasks.
· Cover Graphic Artwork for during vacation absences.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign software.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
· Prior experience in pagination or graphic design preferred.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Flexibility to cover for colleagues during their absences.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
· 2 to 5years previous professional services experience.
· Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.

The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 45,000 USD per year (DJC LA)
