About the role

Location: New York City 

Compensation: $90,000-110,000 OTE + equity + benefits (This range is reflective of level of contribution. Candidates who fully match what we’re looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.)  

 

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Senior Marketing Associate to execute marketing campaigns that drive growth and support our demand generation goals. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution across digital channels, events, and marketing automation. 

The Senior Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns while collaborating closely with sales and marketing operations to ensure strong performance and ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced B2B environment.  

Candidate must be based in New York City or surrounding areas, this a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our Manhattan Office. This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including writing copy, coordinating approvals, and executing email deployments through marketing automation tools. 
  • Social account management on platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter). 
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and use data to continuously improve marketing performance. 
  • Maintain campaign workflows, reporting, and lead management within marketing and CRM platforms. 
  • Supporting proprietary and third-party event evaluation, preparation, logistics and post-event reporting 

Who You Are 

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; preferably, HubSpot and Salesforce. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines. 
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate and improve campaign performance. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams. 
  • Experience in financial services. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with lead lifecycle management and marketing attribution. 
  • Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
