About the role

Location: Remote, Brazil  

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 USD annualized (This is a full time consulting role as an individual contributor. You will be paid as a 1099 contract employee)

About the Role 

In this role, you’ll help create the connective tissue between how customers actually use our products and how our teams build what’s next. You’ll turn raw data, signals, and feedback into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization.  

 

As the Product Operations & Analytics Specialist, you’ll own the analytics foundation that powers our product strategy. You’ll build dashboards, define metrics, synthesize customer behavior, and ensure teams have the clarity they need to move quickly. This role is perfect for someone who’s both analytically rigorous and highly pragmatic—someone who empowers teams, not bottlenecks them. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Metrics, Dashboards & Insights  
    • Build and maintain dashboards measuring MAU, WAU, DAU, adoption, abandonment, retention, and performance across product lines.  
    • Partner with Product and Data to ensure analytics are reliable, trusted, and aligned to decision-making needs.  
    • Deliver recurring insight reports to PMs and leadership that surface trends, risks, and opportunities—not just raw data.  
    • Own event tracking governance using tools like Mixpanel, Statsig, and Metabase.  
  • Cross-Functional Enablement  
    • Partner with Product, CS, and Data to translate questions into analytics frameworks.  
    • Enable PMs and CS teams to self-serve insights by improving dashboard usability, documentation, and shared understanding of metrics.  
    • Own metric definitions and drive consistency across teams.  
  • Customer Behavior & Feedback Synthesis  
    • Aggregate and analyze qualitative data from Gong, support tickets, feature requests, Zoom/Fathom transcripts, Slack channels, Salesforce, and more.  
    • Identify themes and translate user feedback into actionable product insights.  
    • Maintain analytics documentation and dashboards. 

Who You Are 

  • Experience 
    • 5+ years in product operations, product analytics, or related roles. 
    • Proven experience partnering with Product, Customer Success, and Data/Analytics teams. 
    • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous questions and large data sets into insights that influence product decisions. 
    • Experience supporting multiple product lines or complex workflows in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred). 
  • Technical Skills 
    • Analytics tools: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, Statsig, or equivalents. 
    • SQL proficiency required. 
    • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau. 
    • Python or R preferred for deeper analysis. 
    • Experience with Claude Code. 
  • Nice to Have 
    • Experience with customer support or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, or HubSpot. 
    • Familiarity with fintech, regulated environments, or data privacy considerations. 
    • Experience building analytics standards or product operations practices in a scaling organization. 
    • Knowledge of data taxonomy, instrumentation frameworks, or analytics governance models.
