About the role:

Adoor Property Management is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking highly motivated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Leasing Agents to join our team. As we expand into new markets, the challenges we’ll tackle together will evolve, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a passion for excellence to help lead Adoor into its next phase.


What you'll do:

  • Represent Adoor Property Management as the first point of contact for prospective residents.
  • Answer inquiries, qualify leads, and highlight property features to prospective residents.
  • Manage the leasing and application process with incoming residents.
  • Understand prospects' needs and create a sense of urgency to apply.
  • Diffuse and resolve challenging situations while fostering positive relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date communication records, necessary paperwork, and computer systems.
  • Become an expert in your assigned market(s) and represent them virtually.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Be flexible for some weekend and/or evening work to meet leasing goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • An active Real Estate License
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, either in the single-family or multi-family rental industry.
  • A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A talent for problem-solving and the ability to analyze and resolve issues.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals consistently.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The pay range for this role is:
