We’re now expanding our Go-to-Market strategy and looking for a Director of Business Development to spearhead strategic partnerships, drive channel growth, and create new revenue opportunities

Position Overview

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and booking opportunities with businesses in Dash.fi’s target markets. You will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, building strong relationships with high-spend digital advertisers, and developing creative strategies to position Dash.fi as the go-to financial solution for scaling businesses.


This role is ideal for a driven, results-oriented professional with experience in outbound business development, consultative sales, and scaling revenue for high-growth companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and book new business opportunities within key verticals (e.g., e-commerce, digital-first brands, agencies).
    • Own and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Outbound Sales Initiatives:
    • Identify prospects that would benefit from Dash.fi’s high-rebate credit solutions and working capital tools.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, discovery calls, and consultative selling.
    • Drive opportunities from initial contact through qualified pipeline with a clear understanding of client pain points and ROI.
  • Sales Enablement and Training:
    • Develop enablement materials, sales playbooks, and customer-facing collateral to support business development efforts.
    • Design and implement training schedules to onboard and upskill team members, ensuring alignment on messaging, processes, and product knowledge.
    • Continuously refine training content based on market feedback and team performance.
  • Market Positioning:
    • Communicate Dash.fi’s unique value proposition to decision-makers, including CFOs, Heads of Marketing, and business owners.
    • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and develop campaigns that align with the business development strategy.
  • Collaboration and Feedback:
    • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction.
    • Provide market insights and customer feedback to guide product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to continuously refine the business development strategy.
    • Use data-driven insights to prioritize outreach and identify high-potential prospects.
