Job Summary: 

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Dash.fi, you will play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel growth. You will be responsible for generating interest, setting meetings for Account Executives, and helping expand our client base. 


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify potential clients using LinkedIn and HubSpot, focusing on medium to large enterprises in digital advertising, tech, or e-commerce sectors.

Lead Qualification: Conduct research to qualify leads based on Dash.fi’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Outreach: Craft and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to engage potential clients and set meetings for Account Executives.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities and results using CRM tools.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to write compelling emails, and proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM tools.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
