As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at DashFi, you will play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel growth. You will be responsible for generating interest, setting meetings for Account Executives, and helping expand our client base.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to write compelling emails, and proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation
Dash.fi offers a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support employees professionally and personally. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $80,000 - $95,000, plus equity. Actual compensation may vary from the listed range depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience
