Role Overview
As we expand our indirect sales motion, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships to build and scale strategic partnerships with platforms, eCommerce enablement tools, fintech companies, and technology providers that work with our ideal customers.
The Senior Manager, Partnerships will own the strategy and execution of our referral and technology partner ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader who can identify, establish, and grow partnerships with companies that serve eCommerce brands, high-growth startups, and digital-first businesses.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive revenue through platform referrals, technology integrations, and ecosystem partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development & Strategy
- Identify and develop high-impact referral and technology partnerships with platforms that serve mid-market eCommerce brands and venture-backed startups.
- Create a tiered partnership strategy, prioritizing partners that drive the highest volume and quality of customer referrals.
- Develop business cases for new partnerships, demonstrating how they align with DashFi’s GTM strategy and revenue goals.
2. Partner Acquisition & Enablement
- Prospect, pitch, and secure partnership agreements with leading eCommerce technology providers, fintech platforms, and industry associations.
- Structure co-marketing initiatives, joint sales motions, and integration opportunities that drive mutual value.
- Lead partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring partners understand how to effectively refer customers and position DashFi.
3. Revenue Growth & Performance Management
- Own the referral pipeline, tracking partner-driven leads and optimizing conversion rates with the Sales team.
- Establish KPIs and regularly report on partner contribution to revenue, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Work with Marketing to launch partner campaigns, co-branded content, and joint webinars to increase lead generation.
4. Platform & Integration Partnerships
- Identify and execute API and product integrations with platforms that serve our core customer base (e.g., eCommerce SaaS tools, fintech platforms, expense management tools).
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and execute integrations that create stickier DashFi customers.
5. Relationship Management & Expansion
- Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate renewals, expansions, and revenue-sharing structures with partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, acting as a trusted advisor in their growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 5-8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or eCommerce.
- Proven track record of building and scaling referral/technology partnerships that drive revenue.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong deal negotiation and partnership development skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate value propositions and align mutual business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to forecast and measure partner impact on pipeline growth.
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce and fintech ecosystem, including key players, platforms, and trends.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience working with eCommerce SaaS tools, payment platforms, or B2B fintech products.
- Familiarity with API integrations and embedded finance models.
- Experience launching co-branded marketing initiatives and GTM campaigns with partners.
Compensation
Dash.fi offers a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support employees professionally and personally. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $160,000 to $240,000, plus equity. Actual compensation may vary from the listed range depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience
