The Role

We’re looking for a driven Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to help optimize, automate, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) operations. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll be responsible for building automated workflows, managing our tech stack, and improving data visibility across our sales organization.

This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, highly analytical, and experienced in workflow automation, with a strong background in HubSpot and RevOps strategy. Responsibilities

As a key member of our RevOps team, you will:

  • Automate revenue operations workflows using Zapier, Make, Python or custom APIs to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless data flow and integrations with our GTM tools.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track sales performance, forecasting, and funnel analytics.
  • Enhance sales processes through data-driven insights, lead scoring models, and intent-based buyer journey optimization.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to support GTM strategy, integrating them seamlessly into our tech stack.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve efficiency and alignment.




Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Experience managing and optimizing sales workflows in a CRM—ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong background in workflow automation and API integrations (Zapier, Make, Python, custom APIs).
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset – Ability to work with disparate data sources, perform deep analysis, and provide strategic insights to optimize GTM efficiency
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to execute and iterate quickly.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience building or leveraging lead scoring models.
  • Exposure to 0 to 1 motions in startup environments.
  • Sales or Data Science experience.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Clay, Waterfall.io, or SixSense.

Compensation

DashFi offers a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support employees professionally and personally. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $145,000 + Equity. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
