Job Overview:

Dash.fi is seeking a strategic and results-driven account executive professional. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating new card spending on the highest cash-back charge card for advertising in the market. Your focus on building strategic referral partnerships with companies that similarly target mid-market e-commerce brands and venture-backed startups will contribute significantly to our annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of managing full sales cycles that include identifying, prospecting, and closing new business.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage finance-heavy conversations with founders and C-level executives, a valuable experience for your professional growth. You will also track leads and sales metrics while experimenting with different sales approaches to identify the best ones.  This is a full-time position and will report to our Chief Revenue Officer, offering you a chance to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Identify new prospects monthly to add to pipeline lists.

• Tracking and reporting current sales pipeline.

• Present Dash.fi’s value propositions and offerings to potential customers.

• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, while understanding and meeting their needs

• Build and maintain great customer relationships.

• Consistently meet, and exceed, your individual and team targets (for every week, month, and year).

• Ensure new cardholders migrate 100% of their ad spend onto the AdCard over their first 12 months as a cardholder.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback, enhancing product development and customer satisfaction.

• Identify, validate, and build relationships with all key individuals within a client’s organization, ensuring good customer experiences at Dash.fi.


Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of sales experience exceeding quota in a full-cycle, closing role.

• Proven sales performance- Top 10%-25% rankings within team rankings

• Has delivered $250K+ in ARR

• Strong prospecting, qualifying decision-maker, negotiating, and closing skills.

• Tenacious with a strong work ethic with the ability to drive 3+ deals per month

• Strategic business approach by leveraging creativity and a transactional mindset to build a strong pipeline continuously

• Prior experience selling financial products while thriving in a results-driven, client-focused organization.

• Comfortable utilizing a consultative sales solution such as Spin, Challenger and similar sales methodologies.

• Adept at building equal business stature and persuasive delivery with a founder

• Strong financial Acumen with the ability to quantify the value and impact the decision-making process

• Culture builder by positively inspiring others by finding winning solutions

• Experience using account-based marketing strategies.

• A strong work ethic and the ability to continuously learn new approaches and strategies

• Commitment to investing hours to build business equity and excellent in a fast-paced environment


Additional Skills Valued

• Early-stage start-up experience

• Experience selling to E-commerce or ventured backed startups at the Founder level

• Involved with an existing network or relationships with Founders or partners

• Commercial Card Experience
