• Deliver compelling live demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and executive presentations to audiences ranging from operations teams to C-suite buyers.
• Own the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and contract-stage technical negotiations in partnership with Sales and Legal.
• Assess client systems and data flows (crew management, scheduling, and payment systems) and recommend API-based or file-based integration approaches.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Client Delivery to scope implementations, define timelines, and set realistic expectations before contract signature.
• Maintain a clear handoff to Client Delivery so that commitments made in the sales cycle are carried through onboarding.
• Partner with Account Executives on opportunity strategy, qualification, competitive positioning, and forecasting accuracy.
• Capture market and customer feedback and communicate product gaps and opportunities to Product leadership.
• Build and maintain demo environments, reusable assets, case studies, and technical sales collateral.
• Represent API at industry conferences, webinars, and customer events.
