American College of Education (ACE) is seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing professional who excels at creating and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that engage prospective students and drive conversion. You leverage insights from campaign performance, application, enrollment, and start metrics to make informed decisions that improve outcomes. You are passionate about delivering consistent, brand-aligned communications across platforms, while continuously testing and refining personalized messaging, offers, and communication strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and program participation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing analytical thinking with creativity to create exceptional student experiences.


Compensation


ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The following contract role starts at $75.00 per hour. This position is a month-to-month contract.

Day to Day Responsibilities


In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas: 

  • Develops, executes, and optimizes multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (including email and SMS) to nurture prospective students, drive action, and ensure conversion rates are stable.
  • Evaluates and reports on key metrics for campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitors lifecycle KPIs for applications, enrollments, and starts.
  • Leads optimizations to improve lifecycle communications using data-informed decisions.
  • Ensures consistency in lifecycle communications across all communication platforms and partner to ensure brand standards are adhered to.
  • Develops testing strategies for personalized communication, including targeted offers and messages, to enhance student retention and program participation.


Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions.
