Job description:
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Are you a recent accounting graduate eager to get your foot in the door and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment? Acts Fleet is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. If you thrive on accuracy, organization, and working with financial data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions
• Support daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
• Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks and other internal systems
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff to support audits and budgeting processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• Experience with Excel and other accounting software a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to accuracy
