Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Research Assistant to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth research using reputable medical resources to support our drug and diagnosis directories. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing complex clinical data, interpreting medical literature, and presenting findings clearly and professionally to both internal teams and clients. This role is 100% remote.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct and compile research on:

·         Survival and relapse rates

·         Treatment and drug efficacy data

·         Cell and gene therapy outcomes

·         Transplant success rates and related metrics

·         Additional clinical data as requested by the clinical team

Analyze, interpret, and effectively communicate research findings

·         Utilize credible sources, including peer-reviewed medical journals, clinical studies, and subscription-based databases

·         Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all published and internal materials

·         Work independently while managing deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

·         Prepare and write monthly client newsletters

·         Assist in developing engaging, educational social media content

Skills and Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Medical Research, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

·         Strong analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail

·         Ability to read and interpret complex medical and scientific literature

·         Excellent written communication skills, including experience creating client-facing content

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a deadline-driven environment

·         Familiarity with medical terminology and statistical concepts

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools/databases

·         Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance standards in healthcare

·         Experience with social media content creation is a plus

Suggested Pay Range

•  $60,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience and education
