AgentSync Careers

Senior Frontend Engineer

AgentSync started in 2018 with one conviction: compliance shouldn't be this hard. It should enable it. We're a venture backed category-defining SaaS company headquartered in Denver. We've raised $161 million from investors including Craft Ventures, Valor Equity Partners, and Marc Benioff.

Our culture runs on four values: customer love, inspire excellence, always be curious, and act like an owner. That means no ego, no politics, and real ownership over your work. If you want to build something that matters for an industry that's ready for change, we'd love to talk.

Overview

Insurance powers almost everything, and yet the systems behind it are still held together with spreadsheets and manual processes. AgentSync is fixing that. We build modern infrastructure for carriers, agencies, and MGAs that makes compliance automatic and growth possible.

In this role you'll own the experience layer of the AgentSync app, working directly with engineering leads and product owners to bring our next generation of products to life. We hire product-minded engineers who think like owners — people who care as much about the customer and the craft of the experience as the code behind it. Our teams run lean, with a high engineer-to-PM ratio and no dedicated designer, which means the engineers closest to the work are the ones defining what great looks like. We move fast, we build with intention, and we expect everyone to bring their full capability to the work — including knowing when and how to use AI to do it better.

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to partner with our existing team to own the quality and architecture of our customer-facing experience. You'll help build the next iteration of the AgentSync Platform, and help shape the path forward for our frontend architecture and design system.

What You’ll Do

  • Build high-quality, accessible, performant features in our React app across multiple product areas
  • Help shape the path forward for our frontend architecture
  • Build and extend a shared component library and design system for consistent UX across product areas
  • Use AI tools across the development lifecycle — Claude Design where it makes sense, Figma-to-React, code generation, review, and testing — to move faster and raise quality
  • Identify opportunities to embed intelligent, AI-assisted experiences into the product
  • Partner closely with Product and own design and UX end to end
  • Write clean, well-tested code and focused pull requests, and give timely, high-quality reviews
  • Mentor engineers and advocate for a consistent, high-quality user experience across every surface

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years building and shipping production, mobile-responsive web applications
  • Deep expertise in React, plus modern frontend tooling, state management, and testing
  • Strong web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, accessibility, responsive design, and performance
  • A strong design and UX sensibility — comfortable owning the experience without a dedicated designer
  • Experience building or contributing to shared component libraries and design systems
  • Proven use of AI tools to accelerate frontend work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
  • Comfortable weighing frontend architecture tradeoffs — e.g. micro-frontend vs. monorepo — and deciding when each is the right fit
  • Willingness to lean into the backend (Java/Go) when needed, with a solid understanding of how the full system fits together
  • Expert at writing clean, maintainable code and clear pull requests, and giving thoughtful, high-quality reviews
  • Clear communicator with a strong ownership mentality — you estimate and deliver work reliably, and surface risks and tradeoffs early
  • Familiarity with AWS is beneficial
  • A scrappy, gritty, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality — you thrive with ambiguity and ownership
